In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, VIP Taki will attempt to resolve the round using the last confirmed game state recorded on our servers. If a round cannot be resolved, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to your account balance.
Players are expected to use the Platform in good faith. Any attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended game behaviour for financial gain is considered a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VIP Taki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults, loss of data, or interruption of service.
VIP Taki's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits VIP Taki's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
VIP Taki may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases, we may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
